Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If a refund is granted following the return of an item, please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the item is received. Refunds depend on the condition, duration of ownership, and purchase method of the returned item. Processing times may vary.

Digital Licensing Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital license distribution, once an activation/license key is delivered and viewed, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided. All sales of licenses are final.
You may request a refund only if the activation/license key has not been retrieved. Once the key has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. Ensure the software is compatible with your system before retrieving the activation/license key.

2.2 An initial cost estimate will be provided, but deviations may occur. In such cases, you will be contacted for authorization before proceeding.
2.3 Work will halt if you cannot be reached, resuming only after contact is established.
3. Payment Terms & Refunds
3.1 Full payment is required upon completion of services.
3.2 Advance payment is required for computer parts, hardware, or software orders.
3.3 If dissatisfied with the service within 60 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
4. Liability
4.1 Services aim to repair, upgrade, or address issues without causing harm.
4.2 Metapod Media INC. is not liable for data loss or damage caused by pre-existing system issues.
4.3 Customers are responsible for backing up their data.
5. Support
5.1 Customer satisfaction is our priority.
5.2 Services will be provided professionally and promptly, considering the technical issue’s nature.
5.3 Free support is available for unresolved issues related to the service order.
6. Service Guarantee
6.1 Services and repairs are guaranteed for 60 days.
6.2 If a misdiagnosis occurs, the repair/service will be corrected free of labor charges or refunded as mutually agreed.
